Terms of Service

Airrok ONE is Windows software for Thai subtitles and video editing, sold by Airrok. By downloading, buying or using it you accept these terms.

Free and full versions. The free version exports 2 clips per day, up to 2 minutes each, with a watermark. The full version costs 590 THB, paid once, with unlimited exports and no watermark.

License. One key works on one device at a time, and you may move it yourself up to 2 times per year. You may use it indefinitely, with free updates within version 1.x. A future major version may be a paid upgrade. You may not resell, share, crack or reverse engineer the software, and we may revoke keys used this way.

Payment and delivery. You can pay by PromptPay QR or by card through Paddle. This is a digital product: your key is shown on the website and sent by email after payment. Nothing is shipped.

Our card order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns for those orders.

Your content. Your clips and subtitles remain yours and are processed on your computer. You must have the rights to the content you use.

AI accuracy. Automatic subtitles and edits can contain errors, so please review them before publishing. The software is provided as is.

Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Airrok ONE. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Changes and law. We may update these terms and will show the latest date here. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Contact: support@airrok.com
