ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

Privacy Policy
In short: your clips are processed on your computer and are not uploaded to us. We keep only what we need to sell and manage your key, and we do not sell your data.
What we collect. Orders: email, order number, amount, status and payment reference. Keys: a one-way hash of your device ID and your computer name, used to limit a key to one device at a time. Security: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to prevent order abuse. Slip images are sent to EasySlip for checking and are not stored by us. Website chat messages are sent to Groq to generate replies, so please do not type personal information. Card details are handled by Paddle and we never see them.
Service providers. Cloudflare (website and database), EasySlip (slip checks), Paddle (card payments), Resend (email), Groq (chat). Some may process data outside Thailand.
Retention. We keep order and key data while the key is in use and as required by accounting and tax law.
Your rights. Under Thailand's PDPA you may ask to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data at support@airrok.com. Deleting data may stop us from supporting your key.
Cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Paddle's checkout may use cookies needed for payment.
